1. The service
Colussus is a marketing project management platform provided by VisualCNS and Ekenua & Co. It helps agencies and media companies manage campaigns, creative work, approvals, spend, and reporting for all their clients in one shared workspace.
2. Free trial
The first 30 days are free. No card is required. The trial can be ended at any time and does not automatically become a paid plan.
3. Paid plans
After the free trial, Colussus costs $200 per month or $2,000 per year. Each plan includes five seats. Additional seats cost $25 per month or $250 per year. Paid billing begins only when the customer chooses a paid plan.
4. Cancellation
The monthly plan can be cancelled at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid month. The yearly plan continues until the end of the paid year.
5. Accounts and access
Users must use their own authorised account and keep their sign-in details secure. The customer is responsible for deciding who receives one of its five seats.
6. Data and ownership
The customer keeps ownership of its data, files, and brand material. VisualCNS and Ekenua & Co. keep ownership of the Colussus platform and its reusable software. Using Colussus does not transfer either party’s ownership to the other.
7. Acceptable use
Colussus is for lawful marketing work. It must not be used to upload end-customer payment details, passwords, illegal material, or content the user has no right to share.
8. Service and support
VisualCNS will use reasonable care to operate and maintain Colussus. Short interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or matters outside its control.
9. Ending access
Access may be suspended for misuse, security risk, or unpaid fees. When access ends, the customer may request deletion of its workspace data as described in the Privacy page.
