Privacy

Colussus handles internal marketing workflow and campaign intelligence. This includes campaign details, tasks, creative files, comments, approvals, budgets, performance, and influencer delivery information.

• No end-customer or consumer account data
• No wallet, card, or payment data
• No consumer identity or verification records
• No access to clients’ transaction, sales, or commerce systems

Information is used to provide the workspace, show campaign status, support approvals, prepare reporting, maintain the service, and help authorised teams work together.

Workspace access is provided through authenticated accounts. VisualCNS and Ekenua & Co. may access the workspace only when needed to operate, support, secure, or maintain Colussus.

Colussus runs on managed cloud infrastructure. Authentication, application data, and file storage use Google Firebase services.

Workspace information is not sold. It is shared only with authorised workspace users and service providers needed to host, operate, support, or secure Colussus.

The customer may request deletion of its workspace information at any time. Trial data will be removed from active systems when the trial ends unless the customer chooses to continue using Colussus.
